Customers may upload logos, artwork, personal messages, or branding elements for customization. By submitting custom content, you confirm you hold the rights or permissions to use any provided artwork, logos, text, or trademarks. We reserve the right to refuse designs that contain offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content.
Design Approval & Proofing
Once a custom order is submitted through our website, it is treated as a final sale. Digital proofs may be provided upon request. Please respond with your approval or edits within 48 hours. If no approval is received within that window, production will proceed based on your original submission. We may resize or adjust designs slightly to ensure optimal layout and visual balance on the gift box.
Production Timeline
Custom orders typically ship within 1-4 business days after final design confirmation. Production time may vary based on order volume, holidays, or material availability. We’ll notify you of any delays. Large or corporate orders (25+ units) may require additional production time. We reserve the right to limit your order to a maximum of 25 units.
Cancellations and Changes
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may already be in progress. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins unless there is an error on our part.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom sales are final. We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or contains a production error. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We do not accept returns for subjective concerns such as design preferences after approval or plant variation (see Section 7).
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations, please contact us in advance for a custom quote. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Lula’s Garden is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control. Please verify all shipping details before completing checkout. Reshipping due to incorrect address will incur additional charges.
Plant Care and Variations
Each succulent garden is made with live plants, which may vary slightly in size, shape, and color depending on seasonal availability. Care instructions are included with every gift box. Succulents are hardy, but customers are responsible for following the provided care guidance upon arrival. We are not responsible for plant condition due to neglect, extreme weather exposure after delivery, or delays caused by package retrieval.

Bulk pricing is available for qualifying wholesale and corporate orders.
Use of Your Custom Design for Promotion
We may feature photos of completed custom boxes (excluding any sensitive or private content) on our website or social media. If you prefer that your design not be shared publicly, please notify us at the time of your order.
Limitation of Liability
Lula’s Garden is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We do not guarantee that plant species will remain identical to the photo samples due to natural variation.
